Student Outreach and Service (Outreach Program)
Students undertake teaching practice at outreach sites such as monastic shelters for children, church orphanages, and community centers. Students integrate community service through practice teaching with their Social Work courses.
This enables them to go beyond the classroom and connect with the lives of others, especially the poor and marginalized, thus experiencing their real struggles.
Community service Capstone project is a six-week long summer project that culminates the community engagement and service-learning experience, which all students of the Diploma program must undertake as part of the program required prior to graduation.
Students could apply for any course at any time. But the applications will be processed at the beginning of each semester and will be notified to the students.
